The main job of this room is to slow down the proliferation of bacteria which helps in extending the conservation time. Another important aspect to keep in mind while maintaining the cool room is to avoid water from accumulating inside the room which is done by checking on water leaks.
The door has to be regularly closed to prevent condensation from taking place. The cool rooms are now built with state-of-art sensors, alarms, and monitors which help the maintenance crew sense any problem.
